These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through LittleMarly at littlemarly.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and product information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, availability information, and pricing. Product appearance may vary slightly from images due to photography, lighting, screens, or manufacturer variations. We reserve the right to correct errors in product information or pricing.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including because of suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing or listing errors, or other legitimate reasons.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed on the product and checkout pages in the currency shown by the store. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges will be shown at checkout where applicable. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any applicable shipping terms or delivery estimates shown at checkout form part of your order.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the store's applicable return and refund policy. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting information so we can review the issue.

Customer responsibilities

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LittleMarly will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from a purchase or use of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
